QUARTERLY REPORTS

In order for the RMC to monitor compliance with the terms of each grant agreement, certain reports must be submitted in accordance with the following schedule.

These reports (whose blank forms may be downloaded here) are

• Quarterly Progress Report, Exhibit P (1-page MS Word file) to be submitted quarterly
• Quarterly Expenditure Projection Report, Exhibit Q (1-page MS Word file) to be submitted quarterly
• Agreement Summary Form, Exhibit R (2-page MS Word file) to be submitted with the first quarterly report.
